A cybersecurity professional and law enforcement executive with two decades of experience protecting communities and building resilient organizations. As Deputy Chief of Police in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, I lead with a balance of strategy, innovation, and real-world problem solving.
I bring the same focus to cybersecurity and education. From teaching network forensics at Salve Regina University to collaborating with state and federal task forces on major cyber investigations, my mission is simple: to strengthen security and empower people with knowledge.
Recognized nationally for leadership, investigations, and public safety innovation, I combine my CISSP expertise and field experience with a passion for preparing the next generation to meet today’s cyber and security challenges.
