Mike is a distinguished cybersecurity expert and law enforcement leader with two decades of experience. Over the past decade, he has excelled in management roles—overseeing strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget administration for an $8 million budget. As Deputy Chief of Police for Portsmouth, RI (serving a community of approximately 17,871 residents), he leads all departmental functions—administrative, detective, patrol, and civilian—while creating a secure, efficient, and modern workplace.
